My own darkness has been the catalyst for my light, and I thank every experience, good and bad, that has brought me here today.

I went from being the wounded, overgiving, empathic girl who didn’t know herself—masking her sensitivity, full of anxiety and inflammation, surrounded by partying and abandonment… to becoming the woman who is liberated and certain, walking in her purpose and power.

The shift? Healing my energy. In 2023, I had deep spiritual awakenings through breathwork and mentorship that blasted my heart back open, clearing generations of pain from my body. My mind finally found peace, and the younger versions of me could rest. This awakening was my return home—to myself and to God.

I went all in on reconnecting to who I truly am. I let go of people, places, substances, and habits that lowered my frequency, and I forgave the pain of my past. With consistency in my inner rituals and wellness practices, my unexplained symptoms vanished, and I became the healthiest and most passionate I had ever been.

My life began to reflect my new frequency. Manifestations appeared instantly: aligned opportunities, deep, healthy relationships, material abundance, mentors, and fitness and fun that healed me and rebuilt my confidence that I lost along the way.

My greatest realization: everything is energy. When you don’t have the loving relationships, vitality, or opportunities you deeply desire, it’s because of the pain and perceptions you still carry within. You are co-creating your reality - the answers are not outside of you. 

Eventually, my intuition guided me to step forward as a guide for others on their own awakening journeys. I packed my bags and booked a one-way flight to Bali, Indonesia, where I studied Reiki, Nervous System Energetics, Somatic Breathwork, and Life Coaching.

Now, I combine the very modalities that changed my life to guide others in shifting from fear to love.

I have witnessed hundreds of people break free and reconnect with their truth. Change is possible for anyone who chooses it. I look forward to hearing your story.
